Depends. There are a lot of fashion companies in hk and fashiod desiger job specifics here are very broad. Most of the ones i know are paid around 13k to 18k hkd. they work for smaller local companies.

if you have 6 years of experience, i guess will better than 15k. i think starting fm HKD $20000 is reasonable.
