Salamanca is my favorite city. Aside from being a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is the home of the Universidad de Salamanca, one of the oldest learning institutions in Europe. The international ambience brought by the thousands of Spanish language students studying in the university makes any foreigner feel at home at once. The city has the most perfect and beautiful square in Europe and the cost of living is not that high as compared to Spain's major cities like Madrid, Barcelona, Seville and Valencia.

I would say Vancouver British Columbia. No SMOG! Beaches right in the City. Beautiful Parks and Mountains. Ski Resorts nearby. Lots of Greenery. Theaters. Concert Halls. Stadiums. An Amusement Park. Lots of Shopping places-(Malls). Friendly People. Warmest Winters in Canada! Barely any Snow! And lots of other things to do.

After my hometown...maybe Barcelona. Warm enough climate, beside the sea, great architecture, kind people, language easy to learn.
