What is being asked in here? Need really what...?
Anyway, I will try to figure it out to offer some answer.
1. Are emergency medicine doctors really needed?
>> Definitely, YES! They are the first and frontline providers in the diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries that require immediate medical attention. They are practically LIFE SAVERS.
Be aware that emergency medicine doctors are either based in hospital emergency rooms, or in the field (in emergency medical service).
2. The emergency medicine doctor really need to be skillful, dedicated and with good sense of judgement.
3. The emergency medicine doctor must have an intensive training and must be highly qualified.

if you need an er doctor, then yes you must really need one.
