Look at the pads on her feet. Usually when they have black pads the nails will be the same color. I have had dogs that had pink pads with black spots, therefor, black nails on some of the toes.

I don't think it means anything. My dog has that too, she is a German Shepard mix. She is beautiful and healthy, so I don't think you have anything to worry about.
