Being hospitalized with a blood disorder- I felt fine and if it hadn't been for loss of so much blood, wouldn't have even known anything was wrong. Eventually, I got so bad that they gave me an emergency treatment of Rho Gam. They gave me too much for my body weight. I was extremely cold, pain from head to toe, vomited. My organs felt like they were swelling and might burst. As I writhed, my joints locked in excruciating fits. I'll never forget it. I never got a hint of an apology either.

Well if you have time I can tell you what pain is....... I was a rodeo clown for 17 years and just to let you know I have broken about every bone I know of including my nose over 12 times.. I have had two knee replacements, both shoulders reconstructed and five back operations just to name a few.. If you want to check it out completely go to completely.net but the most pain I ever had and it lasted for 16 excruciating minutes was they went up my penis up into my bladder to take pictures.. The tube was about as big a round as a straw.. I was wide awake and almost fainted twice.. Now thats pain... Grant M in Pennsylvania

I had a terrible toothache one time. The pain was so bad that I was actually tugging on the tooth to try to pull it out. I had made an appointment to see the dentist the next morning and was on painkillers but the pain was horrendous. I couldn't sleep at all that night and was totally zonked when I got to the dentist's office. I will say that it was much worse than going through childbirth, which I later did twice.

A burn is certainly painful, especially if it involves a large area of the body.
I have had a few fairly bad burns, but the worst pain I have ever had was due to a gall bladder attack, I could not sit, stand move or breath for the pain.

Kidney stone, the pain was so intense i would have jumped out the hospital window had it not been on the ground floor, i was rolling around on the floor before being taken in and given morphine.

The worst I've experienced is when I pulled a muscle in my back, it was really painful and I couldn't stand up straight for nearly two days without a sharp pain shooting down my back.

So far it was having a plantars wart removed off of my toe(without any numbing)or a root canal(without any numbing). But I'm having a baby in January so my answer may change.
