None of us are good. There is not one Christ like human being on this planet. Faith is where my money is. It's not about your beliefs, or your church, or how good you are.
Jesus was a good savior.
I have never met a human being that would ever take his place on the crucifix though. They say it, but only because they're playing righteous as always.

According to Christian doctrine, we are "saved by grace through faith."
It means a person is saved because God decides that he would be, and not by any good act or behavior of his own.
You could also put the horse before the cart, "We are good because we are saved."

We all have different values and belief systems and knowledge; as our source of guidance and abilities in self to motivate and drive us to perform actions.
IT REALLY DOSENT MATTER TO KNOW THE REPLY TO THE ABOVE QUESTION; BUT WHAT TRULY MATTERS IS THE TYPE AND KIND OF VALUE AND BELIEF SYSTEM AND KNOWLEDGE OF SELF WHICH GUIDES US AND HELPS US TO REPLY THE QUESTION; AND THAT ONLY IS THE TRUE ANSWER OF EACH OF US
It is different for each individual person; depending upon the type and kind of value and belief system, his knowledge delivers to him.
Some value pride of self as their knowledge; and believe in the power and ability of self to perform actions of such knowledge; They end up using the information's and intelligence of them selves as the guide of self to perform actions of self by self; ( they know that they are good and thus are legible to be saved)
Others value inspirations of self as their knowledge; and believe in the power and ability of self and in such knowledge of self only as their guide.
They know such inspirations and knowledge as the true guide of self; and end up working hard to drive the self to consciously seek and use their inspirations and knowledge of them for helping the self; but only to seek their wisdom as the abilities of self; prior to performing any task and actions of self by self.(They always end up seeking and using inspirations, consciousness, hard work and wisdom of goodness; and know it real well as to what it means to know death, to be good, to save, and to be a Savior.); and thus know that they are good only because a good saviour had earlier worked very hard, only to die his self, and only to ensure that goodness is delivered from his self into the other.
