Every Muslim I know is proud of his/her religion and would never deny it, certainly not to a mere Christian. I don't know of any Muslims who would pose as an atheist.Every atheist I know is proud of his/her atheism and would not pretend to be a Muslim or anything else.

I have not found that to be true. I have seen atheist posing as any other to start trouble.
I say atheist because that's the stand they really exhibit, but perhaps I'm judging too harshly and it's the little beast that come here to torment adults.
