He's very confident, somewhat flirty. I come to think he's like how he is with me to everyone. He asked to come along with my cousin and her bf for a double date. But later said he had to go to this party his friend is making him go to. I missed his call, called him back.. no response... he was online but didnt msg me or anything.

He suggests we do something next week, but should I play hard to get? he seems to have girls easily... and though id want to spend as much ttime with him as possible.. i dont want him to take me for granted

Kick him to the kerb. He's obviously not interested and is just stringing you along. You're better off without him, trust me!!

You are at the crossroads. Either take the english language seriously or get off of the train and learn to speak whatever form of the language you are trying to pervert here. I am not telling you this to be mean, just trying to get you into a meaningful relationship. Recommended reading, poetry, the classics, plays and anything else you may be interested in. You will never move forward without doing two things. (1) read a good book, (2) meet a new friend.

He is a player. He has too many options, and you are just another notch on his belt. Do not act too easy. You have a better chance of having a real relationship with a player, if you play hard to get. Once a player knows that he has you, you are no longer a challenge, and they move on to the next challenge. Your goal, if you really like him, is too keep him wondering until he falls in love with you. Then you can relax into a relationship, but NEVER too relaxed. Keep the relationship exciting, or you will lose him anyway. Keeping a player interested is plenty of work. It really depends on if you think he is worth the effort.

Don't even bother with him or just don't take him seriously. There is a good chance he already has a few girls on the side and is lying to all of them.
