How about this: Stop being an effing moron and drinking and driving? I know a guy who went out and bought himself a motorcycle because his license was revoked, and ended up dropping it, WHILE DRUNK, and getting run over and killed.
Dont be an idiot, turn yourself in and stop driving.

Depends on where you are fleeing from. Some states don't want to spend the money it would take to drag your drunken butt back to stand trial. On the other hand, I doubt if Mexico will want another drunken deadbeat gringo in their county and may just deport you. Of course, you can get tagged for a DUI in Mexico. They don't execute for that, but you will wish they did after a short time in one of their jails.
