Black and white weddings are great. If you live in a big city, have your wedding on a city roof top with club like lighting and lots of variety in foods ( Chinese, Italian, Indian, Thai..etc ) Have a gourmet espresso bar. If you live in the country you could do an outdoor wedding with lots of soft florals and garden like flowers. Serve southern foods with sweet iced tea and have a non traditional cake like strawberry short cake. Theme your wedding around whichever season you choose and use that as your color pallet also. Pastels for spring, Bright colors like yellow (sunflowers) and pink for summer, Warm and earth tones for fall (burgundy, chocolate, dark green) and Golds, Reds, Silver and Light Blue for a winter wedding.
