This is the language Jesus used to speak.. This language learned only to do religious or historical research. I don't think anybody would learn it for speaking

It is unfortunate to note an answer by Muhamedlust written with out studying properly Qur-an and context of revealing surahs and also with out properly understanding saheehul Buhari, probably with an intention to malign Islam and Muslims intentionally. To site an example prophet married Ayisha at 53 when Ayisha was 7 not for sex with a nine year as he had other beautiful wives, but it was for prevailing Islam after his death where by some body close to him in his later years when Islam was completed should live for a longer period to clear possible doubts to newly accepted people later. This was practically implemented and it was Ayisha who use to take classes to all those who approached her with doubts on various religious matters later. And if she was not there like this history of Islam had diverted to a deviated manner without any continuity of what was said and practiced by Prophet
Regarding marriage of his daughter in law also what has been narrated is exactly what enemies of Islam said in this incident. Actually she was the wife of the adopted son of prophet and he married her as per direction from God when she was divorced by his adopted son mainly to correct people who during those period considered adopted children and real children equally though scientifically this was not correct as there is no blood relation and Islam is a very scientific religion and Prophet Mohamed(SAVS) in his 23 years of life what has been practiced and shown to the world remains unquestionable to any scientific truth till dooms day.
All the points raised are like this only. Please do not confuse others if you have no commonsense to understand realities. Every thing narrated is foolishness .

It's a very old language. Very few can even read it. Let alone speak it.

Btw take the T out of the spelling.

Aramaic. No T

The New Testement wasn't written in Aramaic. It was written in Koine Greek. I can read a bit of it yes.

Jews who study Talmud are usually very familiar with Aramaic, and it is very much based on ancient Hebrew.

its "Aramaic", and its a dead language. that means it is no longer actively spoken. the only people with a working knowledge of it are linguists who specialize in it.
