im 23 im on a weight gainer its called mass XXX it tastes good but how do i know this will work for me ? it has 944 callories per serving and all ive been taking for 1 week and ive been eating more but it doesnt feel like im gainin any weight what should i do ???

if your mass xxx is a protein supplement -- i would suggest introducing a weight lifting program as well. lifting weights & increasing your protein intake may result in the development of lean muscle mass. hopefully that is the type of weight you are looking to gain

How old are you? Your metabolism slows down as you get older. That means one must reduce the number of calories one takes in per day. You are not saying whether you are doing resistance training. That is muscle building and muscle weighs much more than fat. A well toned person will weigh more than one who is not even when they have the same body measurements. A little hint though. Leave the chips for a snack. you have no idea how easy it is to gain weight from something like that. you need to check how many calories you take in daily and compare it with how much you need.

Go to your doctors and ask them to do a blood test and check whether or not you have anything that maybe causing you not to be able to gain weight. Good Luck.

Start lifting and working out. Muscle weighs more than fat and it won't hurt your appearance ;)
