my hair is getting grey, and I don't want to dye it. I want my red hair back. It is like ash blonde and grey mixed now. But my eye brows are still red. My mustache is still red, and my beard is all white.

I'm only 45 -

Is there like vitamins or something you can take or whatever? Is dye the only way?

If you don't want to dye, go full on bald. From what you described you will still be hot. Here is the other side, greying isn't bad either. Also, why are you really worried, a woman likes a man with style and game.

A man with confidence can seduce any woman in the room when he believes he can!

Unless your married.........then shame on you. Or not....if your woman fell for you in the first place, have her take you to get "fixed" up.

Next .....I am 39........I like to see men proud of their age. If you want younger, then dye, bud.

There is no miracale vitimin you can take. Just dying it. My dad has the same problem.... His hair is naturally dark, and his mustache and eye brows are dark also... His hair has started to grey a bit... so he dyed it a few times, and it just keeps getting greyer... Age is a part of life... just get used to it.
