generally yes.. because it is considered 2 different appointments.. but it ultimately depends to your ins. company.. the best way to find out is to call your ins and ask

Sorry there's no group rate and you have to pay a co-pay for each insured child. They will be seen as separate claims by the insurer. It's the same thing as picking up three different prescriptions at one time. You have to pay three co-pays

Not a dumb question. But they are separate visits since they are separate people, even though you just made one trip, so yes, you have to make a two co-payments, one for each kid.

depends on what type of insurance you have but normally its per patient. A good front desk person should tell you your co-pays when you get there or they will work it out and tell you over the phone.
