i want to lose around 15-20 lbs without starving myself or taking diet pills. i'm 13 and i'm about 158cms tall (about 5"2) and i weight 118 lbs. i have fat arms and fat thighs, and a slighty bulging bell. for NJHS(National Junior Honor Society) we have to do a clean up thingy at a beach and we have to wear a tank top and shorts...i look fat in tank tops and shorts so i want to get skinnier but not like really skinny but a healthier skinny. the reason why my arms and thighs are fat is because i haven't exercised in 3 or 2 years. how can i lose 15-20 lbs in 2-3 months?

ummm a lot of you have been giving me answers with links and i've checked a few of them and they have these things like downloadable instructions to how to lose weight but it costs MONEY and i don't have MONEY. and my mom wont let me buy things online or download things that aren't free.... so can you tell me how to lose 15 lbs in a few months and how to keep it off? no downloadable things that cost MONEY please!!!!!!!!

How to lose 10 pounds quickly

You know Christmas is around the corner. Christmas is the season of parties, celebrations, enjoyment and buying new stuff like clothes, gifts and what ever you like. Why not set a goal for yourself to lose 10 pounds in the next few days and it will help you find a better dress for you as you will feel more confident and more comfortable after losing some weight.

Christmas weight lossIt is a great feeling even after losing very small amount of weight as that motivates us to lose more weight. The very first thing you can do is that calories consumed must be less than the calories burnt. Keep the record of each and every thing what ever you eat. Check out the amount of calories in a food before ordering that. So you have to be very careful about the amount of calories you consume.

Try to cook your food by yourself and avoid deep fried food. Limit your calories intake to 1000 to 1200 per day. Remove all sugar and starch from your diet.

So here are some quick tips to lose 10 pounds quickly


* Drink lot of water

* Eat a healthy breakfast

* Do not eat any thing in between the meals

* Exercise everyday for 30 minutes at least

My easy solution: don't eat: candy bars, chips, cookies and don't drink soda. Do exercise any kind of exercise 45min per day to start, and then 1hr a day. Swim, bike, run, pilates, yoga, DVD, mow the lawn, vacuum the house. Bring down your junk calories plus add significant exercise...You'll have what you want in 3 months. (If you want to sculpt your biceps, use a can of soup as a handbell and do any kind of reps up and down, up and down.)

On this plan, there is no starving of any sort. If you're hungry eat, just try to keep it healthy. If you hurt when you exercise, try something different, and rest your body if it's utterly worn out.

Nothing fried or battered. Cut white rice, white sugar, white bread. Eat only 100% whole wheat bread, read labels--if it says enriched flour, that means it is not 100% wheat. Eat brown rice. Fresh or frozen Green vegs. like brocoli, green beans, celery. Lean meats, chicken, fish & beef. Tuna, salmon. No processed foods. No canned foods. Few Walnuts OK good source Omega 3. Take daily vitamin supplement.
No carbonated bevs. Jump rope, walk or run. Play tennis, swim.

try the "Eat to live Diet" ive lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks,its a very healthy sensible diet, fruits and vegetables, and beans, a little nuts, and eat all the salad u want and also fruits and veg so u will never feel hungry. minimum exercise if u like,but i try to walk for 30 minutes everyday.

hi, that's a lot of weight to lose in so little time. healthy weight loss is about 2-3 pounds a month, depending on how overweight someone is, which by your self-description, you are not overweight. you just might want to tone up. eat healthy and exercise! plus, dont be so worried about how you look to others, just yourself.

Try skipping a few meals once in a while and have a protein drink instead. Also hit the cardio hard 3 times a week.

Hmmmm...Thighs and arms?Well,Push ups will help you.Start with 10 at a time morning and evening.Increase to 25 slowly.You will tone up your leg,arm ,buttocks and back.
