yes it does...cellulite is a connective tissue disorder but the fat cells are oxidized the same as stored fatty acids located anywhere else in the body. the lower the body fat % the less pronounced the effect of cellulite there will be.
I've trained many competitive pro and amateur female fitness and bodybuilders and have seen the results with my own eyes.
take a look at the legs of most elite female athletes. they have no cellulite (or not enough to be noticeable) because they all have much lower than average levels of body fat.

Ahh, I hope so.
lol, actually, it will get rid of some cellulite looking fat deposits, but for the real thing? It can only sometimes minimize the appearance of it. Have you seen those pictures of the fit celebrities with cellulite on magazine covers? It's just a fact of life.
If you're willing to spend money, there are some treatments that have a 50% chance of working. Injections, certain types of lipo, even topical therapies all claim to rid cellulite, but their effects aren't universal.
Until then, exercise, just so you'll feel better about yourself. Everyone has flaws, learn to love... well, at least tolerate, yours :-) They're what make us HUMAN.

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.
However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.
I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

It does not always get rid of cellulite, but sometimes it can help reduce it.

That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, the only thing that gets rid of cellulite is surgery.
