I was thinking about doing a body cleansing detox, yet I have no clue where I should start when it comes to foods and juices I should eat and drink for the detox. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?

Juice isn't really good for a detox. You should only drink water. If you do drink juice though, try green tea or cranberry juice. As far as foods go, cut out all junk food and eat all your fruit and veggie servings.

try going to www.kinotox.com put in this keycode: 458437 and either get the kinotox pads or the greenergy. these are highly trusted and highly referred detoxifications. They are all natural without the cramping, bloating and diarriah. I found with detoxing that with other detoxes or trying on my own the juices and all I would get diarriah, and cramps. But with the greenergy I did not get those side effects. and kinotox pads go on your feet while you sleep. How cool is that? Drink plenty of water!!!!

I came across this great product for weight loss and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at
http://www.get-trim.info , they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. A must!

Green teas, grapefruit and grapefruit juice, pineapple....
Citrus fruits are great tasting but also great for de tox.
They also say that tuna or salmon is good when you are detoxing.
Hope this helps and have a great day/night!

Don't do it, it is not healthy and doesn't remove any 'toxins.'
