I would feel insecure. We either fight this war over in Iraq or fight it in our downtown areas. I mean, terrorism is spreading rapidly across the world. Statistics have even shown that in Britain, France, and Germany.

And if all troops were withdrawn from Iraq, the long years of fighting to save that country will only end disastrously. The United States is there to protect it until the Iraqi army is strong enough to stand on its own two feet.

Plus, even though we face negative global criticism, history would record the United States efforts on the War on Terror as "failure." Or maybe "surrender." The only war we truly abandoned without any succession was "Vietnam." We cannot back out now. I dont say this to save the reputation of America; rather we have made that mistake once, let's not do it again. We could have won the war in Vietnam if the U.N. hadn't regulated it.

I think highly of our troops though. Every single one of them. They are virtually fighting for our freedom. The next time people wear the "Anti-War" shirts, they need to rethink that our soldiers are fighting for them to even wear that shirt. Because if the U.S. troops refused to even combat terrorism, our freedom would be lost.

God bless the U.S. troops and the USA from sea to shining sea.

The solution might not even be in bringing all of the troops home at once. The solution is about accountability. Bush lied and should be held accountable. The people of Iraq don't want to be occupied. We could even leave 30,000 troops there to help clean up the mess Bush made. At least they would look at it as help rather than an occupation.

I would feel that everything I had done, every sacrifice I had made - had been wasted in the name of political opportunism.

And I would be convinced that the American people are no longer worth defending.

As an ex-military enlisted man, I'd feel that we had dishonored those men and women who volunteered to to serve our country and died in service to our country when we left a job unfinished simply because of political manuevering on Capitol Hill used just to secure a few elected seats.

Every single one of those 160,000 men and women in uniform in Iraq right now volunteered to be there. They volunteered to serve their nation one way or another - something few of those politicians using them as pawns ever did.

I'm sure I'd cry from pure happiness,it would be the best day of my life if all the troops came home. I'd be overwhelmed with joy not only for all the troops but one special soldier,my son.

Like we made a big mistake and we'll be back soon. As much as I despise the war in Iraq, leaving completely and immediately would be the wrong thing to do.

I'd be waiting for the rest of the world to condemn the US for walking away and leaving a huge mess.

I'd be waiting for planes loaded with bombs to depart Baghdad Airport full of explosives headed for New York City.

I'd be waiting for Cindy Sheehan and Sean Penn to get into a fistfight over bragging rights as the "new messiah."

$10 says Cindy drops him with two punches.

I personally would feel relieved, I have never thought that we had ANY business over there in the first place!! Those people don't want our help, and honestly, don't need our help. They just want to destroy each other evidently.
