It depends. Some kids stop early. But it is really up to the parent. My lil one stop wearing diapers at 1 but stayed in the pull-up until she was almost three. You just have to know when your kid is ready.

when they are pottytraining. My first son started pottytraining but had problems so he had to restart at 3years old and he was fully pottytrained at 3 1/2 years old. My second son is getting ready to start potty training very soon and i already bought his underware because in my experience pullups don't work.

The average age for a girl is 2 1/2 and the average for a boy is 3 1/2

When they are potty-trained! My daughter is 2 1/2 and due to a long story of potty-training issues she is not yet potty trained (doctor's orders). We are working at it. Most toddlers are potty trained anywhere from 18 months to 3, sometimes 4 years old.

Anywhere between 18 months and 4 years is considered normal and healthy.

It's also often a better approach to wait until your child is ready, rather than trying to train them. It's easier to wait until they're ready to do it themselves... it takes far less effort and just makes life a whole lot happier and easier for both mother and child.
