Nothing better than immersing yourself in the language which you wish to learn fluently, repeating as much as you can. For example, watch only English programming and repeat what you hear; read only English periodicals out loud; listen to only English music ... you get the picture. The brain automatically absorbs the correct pronunciations the more it is exposed to them and by actually repeating some phrases, you are strengthening the mental-verbal correlation.

Check your library for Dr. David Allen Stern Accent audio series. He teaches how to better your pronunciation. It really works. Actors use them when they need to change their accents for certain roles, but also there's a series specifically for foreign speakers.

What type of English do you want to emulate? The version spoken in the US or Britain? If you choose one, the best way to get the pronouncation down is to be around people who speak that way or watch TV programming. Another good way is to listen to radio broadcasts. When I lived in Germany years ago, most Germans who spoke English used a British accent. They said they were taught in school that it was the correct version of the language.

My grandmother was a diction teacher. In order that I would not have a southern accent, she made me practice speaking with two fingers in my mouth.
Place the index and middle finger one on top of the other, not side by side, between your teeth. Now speak slowly and enunciate clearly.
Sounds crazy i know but it works.
