I'm about to get my septum pierced in about a month, and am also considering getting Rhinoplasty in about a year after this.

So my question is, if I get my septum pierced and take it off a few months before surgery or something like that, will it affect the surgery in any way?

it shouldn't affect the surgery (although it's something the surgeon should be aware of) - but i wouldn't get it pierced before surgery, mostly because if it's going to then be out for a number of months, chances are it's going to heal over meaning you'll lose it, and have to repierce it if you want a piercing there post-op

It shouldn't affect the surgical site in any way. However, if you truly are considering rhinoplasty, talk to your surgeon about your concerns. If you haven't already decided who you want to do the surgery, at least have a consultation with one of the possibilities and ask at the appointment.

in case you had to p.c.. one, i could p.c.. the nostril. The septum piercing looks quite undesirable on you. you're very enormously, and piercing your septum could easily make you much less eye-catching.
