I think that makes sense to me. When we feel strong, our nature is to take over and hold onto control. When we are weak, we are a lot more susceptible to what God has to offer.

Yeah, absolutely!!! I have so many weaknesses in my life but God helps and speaks in me in times of my weaknesses. The more I need Him, the more I become strong. And the more He speaks in me, the greater is my hope.Though there are fears in my heart, I could still face my weaknesses because God strengthens me! What a wonderful God we have! If you have a Bible, you can read the story of Paul how God spoke to Him when he was weak (2 Corinthians 12:1-10)

This is what Paul said when he dealt with his weaknesses: "But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong." (II Corinthians 12:9-10)

It Is through our weaknesses He Is Glorified. He takes the weak things of the world to confound the wise....

our weakness to resist sin and the ways of the world are the things that keep us separate from God, and He calls our attention to our faults and shortcomings as a way of guiding us away from those things that would do us harm...

I was very weak in my faith for a very long time...but now my faith cannot be stronger....it can be larger yes...but with faith the size of a mustard seed...anything is possible.
I just need to pray...I keep forgetting!
