Like lack of impulse control? I know someone like that. He also had ADHD, too.

i think that would go along with adhd or it could go along with bi polar disorder. when people are in a mania they will do things without thinking of the consequences they will have feelings of grandure and might think that they don't have to think at that time. but other times they seem normal and others they seem depressed. thats all i know i hope this helps

You nailed it. It's a lack of impulse control.
I do not know which mental disorder is causing this. There are many that have impulse problems associated with it. Only a doctor would know for sure.
