first I would say,don't generalize all men,as I used to have a girlfriend who acted just like your boyfriend.
secondly,yes he is being childish,he needs his ego constanly being stroked by the looks of it...you guys should talk about it and let him know how you feel about it that sometimes you get caught up and he should understand.
if it continues I would ask that you seriously consider leaving him.

Its because any man worth his salt will have a backbone. we will not become a Ryan Seacrest just because you want us to, How would feel if your boyfriend told you why dont you become like pam Anderson. If you don't like the way he treats you find someone else, but don't try to change him.

It could be his estregine levels. every person has a certain amount of testosturone and estregine in them. i think he let out a little bit of the female side.
