I made some carrot juice a couple of days ago with a juicer, fresh organic carrots with celery, parsley, an apple, and lots of ginger. I made too much and put the rest in a plastic soda bottle. How long before it goes bad?

I have tried it and it tastes terrible from the instant it is made. So as far as I am concerned it is not good from the first moment.

If you are asking how long it will keep under refrigeration I would say just a few days since it lacks preservatives.

I keep mind a couple of days in the fridge(capped)
They say that the older it gets the less nutrients it has. But it is better than dead stuff sold at the store.

Honestly,i don't know! But count the days since you made it;check the taste everyday. The time it is not same taste as yesterday, don't use!Next time you will make again, measure your ingredients so you will be aware of the expiration.
