I frequently get this feeling in my stomach that feels like how you feel when you have to urinate really badly for a long time, & then I don't have to go. It's like you gotta pee so bad your stomach hurts & then when you sit on the toilet, you don't have to go.

Could be a bladder or urinary tract infection. You need to go to the doctor to be sure.

It sounds like you may have an infection of some kind. You can get sicker than you are from this. Please go into a doctor as soon as possible. They will probably take a urine sample and end up giving you antibiotics.

I doubt it is anything like diabetes because diabetes actually makes you go, not just feel like you have to go. Probably some kind of infection so a doctor visit should be in order... good luck.

Im not sure maybe its a urinary tract infection Im the same way though.
