Drum micing?

Please list what mics I should get on a $300 budget for micing a standard drum set; I was considering trying to piece it together off ebay or other used goods sources, but would just buying the whole thing be cheaper or way better for some reason?

CAD makes a 7 piece set in a case for $150. See below. Another idea is to get 4 Sm57s used somewhere.
