do you think the Egypt or the Sumerian's had most balanced pantheon? or maybe another group?

As there is only one God, NO pantheon can be correct and therefore none can be "most correct".

Christianity and Judaism offer the only true God. Just that we Christians believe that He has sent the Messiah (jesus) whereas the Jews are still looking for Him.
