this is my story.there is a 3 storeyed house in which v live on the topmost floor.the 2 families on the ground floor & 1st flr noncooperate wth us in evry way pssible.no1 takes the charge of locking d main dooreven ven our vehicle is in 1st.if v r d 1st or d last even then v hve2 lock d door wth our own lock&they keep d common lock.they pester me at6am asking4 d key.pls sort a way out.

Sounds like your parents and you need to call a family conference and sort things out with everyone. Everyone needs to come and go. Everyone needs keys and should be able to lock-up both coming and going.
If these other people are all that worried about security, they need to introduce a code-key access system... everyone has their own 4 digit code and it registers when everyone leaves or arrives. It isn't that expensive these days.
Anything else is just someone's psycho control trip.

I have insane relatives too, but I'm not really sure what to say to help you since I think I need help as much as you do! PS next time you ask a question, do a spell check afterwards! it will make people a lot more compelled to try to help you!

get 1 lock for the entry and the same one for the car area. then block off each floor to give privacy. hope thats what your asking
