I don't have a doc's appt. until Tuesday and both of my arms have pressure, tingling just uncomfortable. I had my left arm checked in the ER a few weeks ago as I was getting radiating pain. Can a pinched nerve in the neck cause these problems even if you don't really feel it there? I'm 34 in good shape, nonsmoker etc. Thanks..... I also think I'm anxious about it so.... that's going to make things worse..... it's just bizarre

Hello, i think i remember your another question that it was about left arm and elbow complaints... you were anxious if it had been about a cardiac event... i think you are very anxious about every part of your body... it is good but your anxiety level is high, a little.. in fact i think that it can be named in obsession and related conceptual spectrum... simply obsession... it certain that you are an atractive lady and you love to live... i feel that you want to enjoy every minutes of life.. you are a yoga teacher and many times you may stay same position for minutes... and as i see your everyday life is full of action and of course stresful life events... these both situation,i mean, yoga as physical and stresful life as psychological can make the basement of some complaints in the movement system, peripheral nerves, musclesand bones... pinching in neck must be avaluated by a clinician, particularly psychiatrist, after your detailed medical tests.. it show that your nerve are strenghted too much and you are trying to repress continiously.... repressed stress means hidden anger... hidden our inside... i know that you are not agressive, nervous or in anger... at least those kinds of bhaviors are not acceptable by you... so your hidden anger will have to find a way to flow out... how? somatic symptoms like pinching, chronical pains, anxiety about your body and evrything... i am sorry really i dont want you to be injured but your anxiety symptoms(we can say here maybe, obsessions), cahanges day by day... isnt it? anxiety for everything...not only for your body or somatic symptoms... could you try to take some help from an experienced clinician... ?

i suppose that a pinched muscle could be felt in just one spot. I have a pinched nerve in my curb again, and that i think it the entire method all the way down to my left ankle and all the way down to my proper knee. if the suffering appears to be touring all the way down to different components or the frame i could say the nerve is pinched. ibprofen is an anti-inflamatory that reduces the irritation within the field of the pinched nerve, however it is going to simplest do such a lot. i need to take round 800mg of ibprofen to even think find it irresistible's any higher, whilst it is performing up. well success, i am hoping i used to be of a few aid.

your physical doctor will give you pills, a band aid solution for the problem. you should find a chiropractor. chiropractors are also doctor in natural path. they would help you better. I my self have this similar problem and can get over by a chiropractor.
