This inspired me to add and modifiy a few of these based on my and my friends' experiences, guys, feel free to add your own:

If he gives her a gift and she doesnt like it, hes an unthoughtful idiot
If she gives him a gift and he doesnt like it, hes an ungrateful bastard

If he wants sex, hes a pervert
If he doesnt, either he:
1. Is calling her fat
2. Is cheating on her
3. Had ED
4. Is gay

Its not ok for a man to ask her if shes ever faked an orgasm 'cuz thatll "hurt his feelings," but its ok for her to ask, do i look fat? is she prettier than me? etc

If he doesnt give her flowers, hes unromantic
If he does, either he:
1. Wants sex
2. Is too clingy and needy
3. Screwed up and is trying to apologize in advance

If she doesnt want to get married, shes an independent woman
If he doesnt want to get married, hes a coward afraid of commitment

If other guy flirts with her and he gets jealous, hes possessive
If he doesnt get jealous, he doesnt care about her

If he steps up to her, hes a jerk
If he doesnt, hes a doormat

If he doesnt listen to her every complaint, hes a jerk
If he does, hes her new "best friend"

If hes in pain and doesnt want too see a doctor, hes a stubborn idiot
If he does want to see a doctor, hes a wimp who cant handle pain

If she asks him to do 10 chores around the house and he does 9 completely and 1 so-so, instead of being happy for the 9 he did, shell yell at him for the 1 he didnt do so well

If she meets a guy whos a jerk, then all men are jerks
If she meets a guy whos a wuss, then all men are wusses
However, if she meets a nice, hard working, and smart guy, she wont say "all men are nice, smart, and hard working"

If she says he wants a guy whos tall, dark and handsome, shes being assertive
If he says she wants an attractive girl, hes being shallow

Thats all pretty true when it comes to having relaitonships based on sex and not friendship. You loss the ability to be condensending, manupilative, and descetful, when you talk honestly about your emotions and feelings. But when all your doing is having a business agreement not to have sex with anyone else, then your going to getting treated like this. Its been taught to the ladies as a way to react that isn't based on any siglar motivation as much as its based on the fact that we still use sterotypes to be comfrontable in relationships. Not the way it should be, but its the way we treat it. Because of this anything goes, you can't call them on it, because they'll just say well I'm a lady thats the way I'm suppose to be. Tear that out of the equation and reap the benfits.....

That was funny! Good points. And a lot of them are true or almost true.

But here is the catch..with the right relationship, it all works itself out. And women love to complain about their men, but deep down we love em to death.

you pointed out some good double standards but you also forgot to point out that there are good things in a relationship not just problems. if there was, no one would ever date.
