Yes, you can safely breastfeed with a fibroadenoma. It poses no risks to your infant. These growths usually do not interfere with milk production or breastfeeding.

Please be aware though that your fibroadenoma may enlarge during pregnancy and breastfeeding but this is totally normal! The growth is stimulated by the increase in your hormone levels.

The best person to address all your fears to is your surgeon. That's their job. Personally I don't Think it will affect breast feeding. You are too young to be menopausal. Please go and talk to A health care professional and get your answers there. Just for reassurance sake.
