Leviticus 19: 26

“YOU must eat nothing along with blood. YOU must not look for omens, and YOU must not practice magic".

Deuteronomy 18: 10 - 12

There should not be found in you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, anyone who employs divination, a practicer of magic or anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer, or one who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead. For everybody doing these things is something detestable to God.

The answer is yes, it exists. Do I mingle in it? Absolutely not. I am willing to sacrifice any worldly immoralities for the sake of gaining everlasting life on a paradise earth, and doing things that are pleasing to God and that make His heart happy. I am not concerned with pleasing imperfect and immoral humans.

Yes. Look at what Deuteronomy 18:10-12 says: "There should not be found in you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, anyone who employs divination, a practicer of magic or anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer, or one who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead. For everybody doing these things is something detestable to Jehovah, and on account of these detestable things Jehovah your God is driving them away from before you. You should prove yourself faultless with Jehovah your God."

So this power is obviously something that does not come from God, so the only other source is Satan the Devil, who himself is a powerful angel. This is why true Christians have nothing to do with magic, spiritism, or divination, and not even with entertainment featuring such things.

No. I do not believe that magic exists.
Magic tricks are merely illusions.

Yes and no...

I don't believe that the trick and illusions of prestidigitators are anything other than sleight of hand and mind.

But I do believe that science will one day be capable of explaining things which it can not yet explain; things which might currently be interpreted as 'magical'.
