Of course! you'll sleep better, and u won't gain as much weight! when u eat a heavy dinner like steak, then you sleep on it and don't burn it off, but if u eat salad, then there won't be as many calories 2 burn off.

i find that if i have a salad for dinner i need to add tuna or grilled chicken to make it filling enough for me.
i dont like feeling hungry before bed time... so i add protien to my salad

yes of course...better if you use flaxseeds oil..you will notice your skin the next day very nice...!
