I need to know if their are any state laws in Illinois Regarding class sizes for High Schools, primarily in Chicago. Thanks

No, Illinois leaves that decision to local school boards. However, class size limits may be in the works for the future, especially in kindergarten.

See yet another sturdy reason to get rid of all legal experts who could fairly write regulations then pass contained in direction of the books and get rid of them and the judges that isn't uphold the present ones.
