I'm afraid you're wrong on your initial premise. atheism isn't defined as belief in nothing or nothing to believe in, it's just the disbelief in gods. There's no unwritten rule that states that atheists can't believe that their relatives that have passed away aren't with them.
That asside, why would you need to never feel alone to survive? Do you need to feel as though your god is watching over you while you watch TV alone or read a book alone? Or do you mean in situations where your friends and family should be there? In those situations I just deal with it. I don't need to have someone holding my hand all the time, and when I do I have friends/family to help me.

When I was very young I had a teddy bear. When I grew up I found that I could survive without my teddy bear.
Being able to accept aloneness is a sign of emotional maturity and of sanity.
Trying to cure your aloneness by inventing imaginary friends is a habit best left behind in childhood.
As to believing in stuff, sorry, but I am not a believer. So far as possible I do not believe in anything.
Belief means accepting things without evidence. I do my best to accept nothing by belief - instead, I observe what is so and form convictions based on evidence.
Atheist? No. Theist? No.
Skeptic, that's all. And enough.
I know who I am and I know I am usually honest with myself and guess what - I am at peace, enjoy being exactly who I am, and feel good and do not fear death as much as my believing friends do. What's not to like about that?
As to faith, do you assume that faith is a good thing? Why? If it hadn't been drilled into you from childhood by Christianity, what grounds would you have to consider faith desirable? Have you ever read the romantic poet Percy Bysshe Shelley on faith?

I don't need to believe in something to be happy. I'm not alone. I have tons of friends. Just because I don't worship a God does not mean that I can't have friends and family to guide me through life. And I am saying that with all due respect. I have hope, I have faith in what I want to happen. I will never be alone just because im athiest.

Like BUDDHISM – religious coaching from Buddha and his followers that by ability of destroying greed, hatred and delusion (the reason for all suffering) guy can attain suited enlightenment! the place do you think of christianity have been provided that's innovations of a soul and afterlife from for goodness sake? They stole it from the pagan tribes and peoples which existed thousands and thousands of years till now christianity! From the stone age by way of vikings, Egyptians, Maoris, Aborigines, American Indians and incredibly the chinese language, all of them had complicated funerals and grave products to velocity the soul into the subsequent existence with convenience! upload christians and muslims jointly and that they volume to in basic terms under a third of the international inhabitants the final public of something is created from atheists and religions without gods!! so they are interior the final public right here!

Quite easily. I have observational evidence to keep me interested. Plus a whole bunch of friends that I like hanging out with.
"My own opinion is that belief is the death of intelligence. As soon as one believes a doctrine of any sort, or assumes certitude, one stops thinking about that aspect of existence.
"The more certitude one assumes, the less there is left to think about, and a person sure of everything would never have any need to think about anything and might be considered clinically dead under current medical standards, where the absence of brain activity is taken to mean that life has ended"

Thanks for caring so much. I cope really well without an invisible guy in hyperspace watching me all the time. So liberating to know my great life is the result of what I do. Then I understand not everyone is good at handling self responsibility. Needing a daddy in the sky isn't really a sign of full maturity though, so maybe one day you will feel the joy of freedom yourself.

I am an atheist and I am never alone. I have plenty of loving friends and family. I make it through life just fine.
I do not need to believe in god/s to make it through life. And here's a thought for you....religion does not always give hope, and it never gives faith. Religion requires faith from you to believe in it.

No gods does not mean "anything".
Also, this is like somebody who believes he'll find a diamond in his back yard one day and become the richest man alive asking you how you can go through life not believing the same thing. Wishing doesn't make it so.

I think it really takes the pressure off of life, I'd be a wreck if I honestly believed in some magic man in the sky watching everything I did.

Who says you need something to believe in? Why can't a person go through life standing on his own two feet without the "benefit" of a fictional deity to grovel at the feet of?
I can assure you it isn't difficult. And it has the benefit of allowing one to retain his dignity, self-respect and freedom of thought.
