Capital One is known as crap one, a well earned knick name. They are notorious for raising interest rates.
But yes you can have as many credit cards with the same company as you want.

Absolutely. If you're qualified, you can have more than one credit card with the same company. Credit card company would love you to have more than one.
I have 2 BOA cards.

But at least look into other cards... Cap 1 rips off their customers.... more then most other CC companies.
