Although your question makes no sense, guessing you started in the middle of a thought, it appears you may be trying to locate someone via the Internet. If this is the case you will be hard pressed to look up an address without using a pay site. There are a handful of free sites, but you will tend to get generic responses full of people with the same name. You can try http://www.zabasearch.com I have had some success with this site.
In future please read over your question prior to posting, it is hard to help when no one understands.

2] Get your GED or HS diploma
3] Get a job or go to college
4] Credit card company's will come to you to give you a credit card.
