You metabolize one beer or one shot or one standard glass of wine each hour. You can do the math..

I agree with "DrB's" answer. Drinking alcohol is Ethanol which is the two carbon molecule C2H6O. This is metabolized as a carbohydrate. That's why drinking alcohol adds weight - it has calories. Since it is metabolized, it should not be excreted unchanged in the urine unless you have really overdone it or your metabolism is shot. Usually one is tested for alcohol with blood or breath tests. If it can be picked up in the urine it should not be for very long, so perhaps the answers above are correct about the 24 hours.
I was unaware they even used urine testing for alcohol.

Gone after a day or less for a non-drinker. Seriously, drink a ton of water the next day and you'll pee it all out in no time. If you got seriously effed up on booze, you might take longer. But if you had a drink or two, I think you'll wash it all out with a few liters of water and a few hours.

If you have to worry about taking a urine drug test, then just don't have the darn drink until after. Geez. Lucky you aren't having a hair test. That shows everything for the last 6 months.

depends some people 24 hours others as much as 5 days it just depends on how much alcohol you drank and how fast your body filters out toxins

That depends on how much alcohol you drank. I drank alcohol one time, but I drank it for 10 hours at a wedding reception. NOT RECOMMENDED. I was sick for two days.
