No, the sin would need to be confessed to the Priest and proper penance would be assigned.

Anybody who commits a mortal sin and is unrepentant, by definition would send theirself to Hell. Their culpability would depend on their understanding that they did commit a serious sin by their act. It's not a simple thing, but that is why God gave us the gift of the sacrament of Reconcilliation, to restore oursouls.

Fornication is a grave sin. It is mortal if one is aware of the gravity of fonication and still commits the sin anyway.

One needs to repent from the sin(s) of fornication and receive the Sacrament of Confession.
