The Reverend and Mrs. John Doe Smith
123 Any Street
Any Town, Any State 00000

You spell everything out and if you know the middle name of the man (minister or just plain mr.) you include that also.

Well, it would help to use Reverend instead of Reverand.
If it is in the address, then leave off the The and abbreviate
Rev. and Mrs. John Doe
If they are the parents or other wise fully named then use it in full The Reverend and Mrs. John Doe.

"The Reverand and Mrs. John Doe" is fine or you could also put "Reverand and Mrs. John Doe" either way is acceptable.

It can be addressed either:

Reverend and Mrs. John Doe

or

The Reverend John Doe and Mrs. Jane Doe

The second option can/should be used if Jane Doe has a title in her own right such as, "Dr." or if she is of some social note herself, such as a mayor.
