I had 4 of those canned Starbucks espressos, pretty concentrated stuff, spaced out over several hours today. A few minutes after the 4th one, my nose started bleeding. Nothing severe, it only lasted a minute or so. Is there any correlation between my caffeine intake today and the nosebleed?

could be, especially if you have high blood pressure or take any type of medicine that thins your blood. If you don't know if your blood pressure if high, ask your Dr.

I doubt it, you may have thinned your blood by too much aspirin, but i never heard of too much caffeine giving someone a nosebleed, unless you were snorting it.
