its easier to talk online or text because you dont see the reactions to the persons expression of wat u said. What you should do is just be yourself because guys like when ur comfterble around them and they dont want u to act diffrent so just try to act normal and dont worry what they think of u and if they make fun of u there not worth it.

That's easy. Some people are naturally shy, but on line, under the cover of anonymity, you can be whoever you want to be, and say anything you want to say, because even if you're judged, you won't know about it. On the other hand, in person, you clam up because you're afraid to say anything for fear you'll be misjudged or ridiculed. It's a whole different ball game. You're right out there -- a flesh and blood, living person!

Try to develop your self confidence, and be truthful and honest, so that you'll be able to be yourself, whether on line or in person.

Because forums like this and chat rooms suck all of the natural social skills out of you.

You should try to meet people in person before corresponding.

It is simply being nervous about something new, in this case meeting a real person. Relax, just be yourself, everything was fine when you talked on line.

believe it or not...you still have that initial nervousness...if you are going to have an intimate relationship though...just go right ahead jump right into and then you should have no problem breaking the ice...LOL
