The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob has protected his holy bible.
Christianity has a rich history which started with the Jews at the beginning of time. The bible is filled with historical facts that Archaeologists use and has been proven very reliable. We have over 5000 documented ancient findings of scripture, many in different languages, all the same. WE have the dead sea scrolls to prove this also. The Vatican just bought 2 gospels dating 90 ad, the same as we have today. There is prophesies that has come to pass from the bible that proves it's reliability. Over 300 just for the man Jesus.
We have non christian evidence of Jesus from Tacitus and Josephus both historians. And a Governor named Pliny the Younger who all wrote about "Christos" and his followers the Christan's.
Archaeologists have found the tomb of Caiaphas who was the Pharisee that brought Jesus to trial.
Jesus WAS a real person who was an historical figure. Even well read Atheists KNOW this.
We have eye witnesses who had every thing to loose by claiming to be a follower of Jesus. Why? When Jesus was killed they scattered. Afraid. BUT when they saw he was resurrected they became bold. Why?
Since the bible is reliable, and Jesus WAS here you must decide.
Was he a nut? A liar, Or who he claimed to be.
QUESTION for your sir,
Why does the dead sea scrolls that dates back many years before Mohammad was alive match our holy bible yet it contradicts the Koran. You say the bible has been changed. I say and ancient documents say it hasn't. Yet you put your entire faith, your entire salvation on one man's testimony?

Are you saying God didn't protect the Bible? God has certainly protected his Word.....changed lives are proof of that. There is more to the Bible than the Torah (the five books of Moses) and the Gospel (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John), but God speaks through all of it.....you just need to ask the Holy Spirit to assist you as you study it....and all parts need to be compared and taken as a whole since one verse interprets another.

God Bless You MD for that which you attempt to do through Jesus. Unfortunately without the Holy Spirit to guide them and not knowing their need for Jesus they do not receive spiritual revelation from God. I have asked over 200 questions of Muslims. The best answer I have ever received was this one and it was not from a Muslim and was when I first started asking them questions. One answerer quoted Lazarus Long who was a fictional character created by the late Robert Heinlein. Two reasons one should not attempt to teach a pig to sing, It tires the man and only annoys the pig.
The fact is without accepting Jesus, and the Holy Spirit they are refusing God's revelation. Muslims trust a man's logic to guide them to the truth, Christians know that we do not know God by our wisdom but only by his revelation.
It is first necessary for a Muslim to see his need for God and thus his need for Christ and the atonement.
This is difficult because they have already accepted the lie that God is not a righteous God and merely weighs sin as if some sin is okay or some sin is lesser sin.
While trying to explain this to Muslims I have found this too has fallen on deaf ears.
The revelation of perfection and righteousness is alien to them.
Would you accept a check as payment for a bad check?
Muslims believe they can trust the Qu'ran even though Alalh could not keep his word for four thousand years before the Qu'ran because he promised (within their written word the Qu'ran (that ofcourse could be corrupt) that he would protect his word...again we see that Allah is not perfect or how would he not know that if we can not trust his written word then a promise that is within his written word would be worthless?
Muslim's are at a disadvantage of accepting an imperfect Allah before they had the example of what a perfect God is.
Allah claims to be the perfect God of Abraham but falls short in both his righteousness (weighing sin) and also in his mercy (Christ atoned for all of us Allah loves only the good and misleads who he choooses, which Muslism's all believe they are more good than bad and somehow this equals good to Allah)
Muslim's refuse to believe in Jesus because he was a man and yet follow the teachings of a God who reflects the thinking of a man. (even a man like Muhammad the self proclaimed unlearned prophet)

I find it hard to understand how an almighty prophet called Essah can deceive his mother and friends and in a dishonorable manner take off to Heaven. There's only one other person ,that I can think of that could do such an act and his name is Osama Bin Laden. For he ran into the mountains after he denied plotting 9/11.

Why would he? Allah is the god of Muslims, not the one of the Bible. And although Islam is also monotheistic, the differences are far to great and irreconcilable.

because the previous books when god entrusted men for keeping them they didn't , they altered it and changed them for their own whims and desires or benefits , so the Islam came for the correction , continuation and the completion of the previous revelation , but because that is the last revelation of God he promised of keeping it himself and he kept his promise not even a syllable in the Quran has changed , gather it from allover the world it is all the same valid for al times with no contradiction.

who says they are not protected? the original Gospel and the Original Torah are protected. When Paul got a hold of the bible he changed a lot of things in it and its been proven that there are 50,000 errors in the bible... Im not how true this is but the Torah was distroyed as what my rabbi friend told me. If you can find the originals I would follow them as well as my Qur'an...

Because the Qur'an was one book, those others are compilations of many books, over many, MANY, MANY years. It was only a matter of time before their original texts were lost. The Qur'an is only 1400 years old.
That was the logical reason, and now for my opinionated one: The Bible is bloody boring. No offense meant to those who like it.

If the Torah and Gospel are true and inspired then the Quran, which contradicts them, could not be. If the Bible could corrupted, according to Muslim thought, then why could not the Quran be even more corrupted?
