Several. 3 different 9mm pistols, a .40 cal and .45 cal for stopping power. a 30-06, 2 30-30's, and 2 AR-15's(civilian version of the M-16). And every one of them is well-oiled, and ready to go. Especially now that it is legal to shoot first, ask questions later down here in Texas.

Yes. I also wear it around town. I live in an "open carry" state. But, I've only had to draw it out of my holster on three occasions in the last 25 years. Each instance was to stop a crime in progress. In two of the cases the intended victim of the crime was me. I never had to fire it.

Yes, several. they are up out of the reach of my children, but can be grabbed quickly in case of emergency. If my husband is not home, i can use either of two shotguns, or two handguns, though we have more that i have never fired. We also have home defense rounds for the 45.

No, I do not! I don't want one either. I was a P.I. operative for several years and never had one and didn't wish to have one then either. If I would ever point a gun at someone I'd have to be prepared to shoot that gun...and that, I cannot do.
