There is virtually no chance that you will be able to make a living modeling. Beyond foundation, the intense lighting used in high fashion requires makeup to provide modeling of the face and in many cases the style called for in the photoshoot requires heavy makeup in a unique style such as kabuki.
If you are unable to put a variety of makeup's on your face, you will be unable to take most modeling jobs.

No disrespect meant towards Mike but I find his answer completely insensitive, uneducated and sounds to me like he just wanted to hear his own head roar by writing that. NEVER say NEVER........
1st) Have you tried Clinique products. They are hypoallergenic and may work for you.
2nd) There are plenty of people who can't wear any make up for one reason or another and there are plenty of ways around it including home made products and with today's Photoshop retouching it's much easier than ever before.
3rd) Call modeling agencies until one of them will give you the name of their best make-up artist. Make an appointment with that person and explain what is going on. More likely than not they will teach you plenty of tricks and ideas for substitute products.
#4) If anyone, I mean anyone tells you there is NO WAY to do something (ie; Mike) ignore them and find a positive person who wants to help and continue from there. Good luck and smile, I can feel your Mike created frown from here.
