It is a common logical fallacy.
Some people reason: "I'm alive, so the universe must have been created specifically for me to be alive."
This is obviously horrible logic, and the correct thought process is that if the universe WASN'T that way, they wouldn't be around to wonder about it.
People are a result of the universe, the universe is not a result of some "plan" for people.

The Universe is here because there HAS to be something. Nothing can't exist, because that is the definition of nothing, so SOMEthing has to exist ,ad that is what the universe is here for, to fill that purpose.
