You want to say nice things about her and her husband.
Tell a funny/ appropriate storry about you and your sister.
Wish them well in their marriage
Also, you may want to throw in a quote or a poem about love or about the relationship of sisters.

You could talk about the good times that you shared as kids growing up. Or maybe (depending on your relationship with the couple) you could joke about how she dated 100 toads before finding her prince charming. Speak from your heart, don't listen to what someone else tells you on here. You know the relationship you share with her best. Good Luck!
