Remember that you where that age and you where just as annoying as she is to someone. It's part of growing up, and also a way of trying to get your attention. If you spent some quality time with her she would leave you alone.

Whoa,she must really be annoying. Whenever you seem to get that feeling of knocking heads off,just walk away take a deep breath and take your mind off of her. Do something you love to do and you'll feel better in no time.

Chances are, she's being annoying because she likes annoying you. The best solution is to not give her the reaction she's looking for. Most likely, that would mean simply ignoring the annoying behavior, as difficult as that may be to do.
