When you guys are eating dinner or whatever, just say... Mom, I need to talk to you about something. I want to move back to Ukraine and live with my dad. Let it sink in. If she freaks out, let her, and come back later and try to talk again. If she asks why, tell her! If she freaks out every time you bring it up, write her a letter so that she can read it when she's ready.

It's hard for a mother to except what you been
telling her.she knowes you mean it,but does't
want to except that you don't love her.
Have a adult friend of your mom and you set withher and disguss it.
But you know that it will break her heart,and no
comning back if your dad and you cain't get along.
It's not liking flipping a coin to win or loose.
MAYBE she won't let you go because she
knowes things only a parent knowes.
You tell me your side,but she has one also.
She don't hafto let you go if she has a good reason.

if your dad agrees, then it's all set.
if you are more comfortable with your dad, just let your mom know.
